Coated paper bags: The coated paper is a type of smooth paper with the properties of good color rendering and a highly refined surface, so it needs to be coated with a film to avoid easy cracking of ink at the creases.

White kraft paper bags: As white kraft paper is made of long fibers with a high breaking strength, the packaging paper bags in this material have the merits of not easy to break and a high ink absorption performance to give duller imprints, and the pure wood pulp composition is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. It is commonly used in packaging to enhance image promotion by industrial and commercial enterprises.

Red kraft paper bags: The paper is made of long fibers with a high breaking strength. The packaging paper bags in this material have the merits of not easy to break and a high ink absorption performance to give darker imprints. As the price is cheaper, such paper is widely used by Starbucks.

The prints are done in two sizes of bleed size and trim size. The bleed size is always bigger than the trim size, where the extended margins are cut off after printing. The printed margin that will be cut off is called the bleed area.

As the design software comes in several versions, please draft the document with Adobe Illustrator CS6 (inclusive) or lower version to avoid losing or amending the document contents caused by different software versions.

A color block is composed of a simple pixel diagram where there are 300 x 300 pixels per square inch, or 300dpi. The pixels used in general printing are set to 300 ~ 350dpi.

When sending the file to others, convert the text to outlines to prevent the other party from replacing the missing font with other text to affect the design effect.

Use the printing chromatogram to make a comparison. A color difference within 10% is deemed normal!

Leave a folding margin of 3.5cm on top of the paper bag. If the paper background is fully printed or in a color block diagram, please leave a 3mm bleed margin. Leave a 2cm margin from the fold-top for hole punching and a spacing of about 10~15cm between the two holes. Please pay special attention to the images at the perforated areas.
